Shipping & Returns
Please note: we currently only ship within Spain, however we will be offering shipping to other European countries in early 2023.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary based on where you are located and your total spend and are calculated at the checkout. Whilst we stock and ship some products ourselves, other brands ship directly to customers from their location, in their own packaging.
We aim to process all orders within 24 to 48 hours.
If you are based in Madrid, we may be able to hand deliver your item(s) to you for free. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm.
SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING
As part of our earth-friendly philosphy, we follow the Reduce, Reuse and Recycle approach to packaging your items.
- Reduce – We use as little packaging as possible (whilst keeping your goods safe and secure). Inside the box your items will be packaged in tissue paper and/or recycled, shredded cardboard depending on how fragile the goods are.
- Reuse – Where possible, we reuse and repurpose packaging we have available to us such as cardboard boxes collected from other orders.
- Recycle – On occasions where we cannot reuse old packaging, we send goods in our PACAYA branded boxes (made of recycled cardboard) stamped in ink with our handmade logo stamp.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 28 days for a full refund, so long as it remains in its original, unused condition.
Simply send us a message via the contact form and we will send you the return address.
Or, if your item has arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us so we can arrange to send you a replacement.
